​How does the renovation process work? Our process typically involves the following steps:

1. Initial Consultation: We’ll meet with you in your home to discuss your vision, concepts and preferences. It is important at this stage to understand the budget which has been set aside for this project. a. The second part of this stage is onboarding. At this point Zenos will give the client a quotation for the design works which are an integral part of the renovation process. b. Once the client agrees on the cost of design, step 2 will begin.

2. Design: Our team will create a design based on your requirements, including 3D renders, mood boards, and material samples which will be sent to you for approval.

3. Revisions: We’ll work with you to refine the design until it perfectly meets your needs. We usually will give you the option for up to 3 major revisions.

4. Plans and BOQ: Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll finalize the project plans and prepare a BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for your review and signature.

5. Mobilization: Once the BOQ is agreed and signed, we will obtain all required documents, NOCs and permits to mobilize our team to your property.

6. Renovation: Our assigned project manager and renovation team will start working on your home to bring the design to life.

7. Completion: We’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.

8. Snagging: We will address all snagging items or issues you have within one month of our completion.

​How long will my renovation project take? The duration of a renovation project depends on the scope and complexity of the work. During the initial consultation, we will provide you with an estimated timeline. A more detailed project plan will be developed after signing which will have a firm completion date. You will be updated regularly on the progress of your project through a dedicated whatsapp group or by email.

How do you handle changes or additional requests during the project? We understand that changes may arise during a project. Any changes or additional requests will be documented and discussed with you, including any adjustments to the timeline or budget. We will only proceed with your approval. If there are any changes that are outside of the initial approved scope of work then those changes will be repriced and sent for your approval.

What measures do you take to ensure the quality of work? Quality is our top priority at ZENOS. We use high-quality materials and employ experienced professionals for all our projects. Additionally, we conduct regular inspections and maintain open communication with you to ensure the work meets your expectations.

How do I stay updated on the progress of my project? Our dedicated project manager will keep you informed about the progress and any important developments throughout the project via photos and videos sent to a dedicated Whatsapp group to your project. For any queries you can contact us during working hours Mon-Sat 9am-6pm. Any communication outside of those hours will be replied to on the next working day.

What are your payment terms? Our payment terms are based on project progress and will be outlined in the contract. Typically, we require an initial deposit before starting the project, with the remaining payments scheduled at key milestones throughout the project.
