Central Park Towers

The Design Story

This full-floor duplex in Central Park Towers, DIFC, is anchored by one showstopping gesture: a cascading spiral of glass orb pendants that drops the full height of the double-volume living space, tracing the line of a floating white staircase up to the mezzanine level. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the room in uninterrupted DIFC skyline views, flooding the polished white marble-effect flooring with natural light throughout the day. The living area pairs a curved boucle sectional in soft cream with rounded mustard-yellow accent chairs, a palette that recurs in a dedicated coffee nook tucked beneath the staircase. The open kitchen carries the same bright, sculptural language — ribbed fluted cabinetry, a waterfall marble island, and warm timber lower units — while the dining space sits beneath an abstract art piece and a pair of sculptural glass table lamps. Upstairs, the primary bedroom continues the curved-furniture theme with an upholstered headboard, ribbed wall paneling in warm gold-lit tones, and a backlit oval vanity mirror. A secondary bedroom takes a more grounded, walnut-panelled approach with a dark navy walk-in wardrobe visible through an arched doorway. Throughout, a freestanding oval bathtub with brushed-gold tapware and backlit stone display niches complete a bathroom built for the same sense of quiet drama as the rest of the apartment. Custom joinery and a cohesive palette of white marble, warm timber and gold accents tie a genuinely large, multi-level apartment into a single, considered design.
