The Design Story

This Jumeirah Park villa renovation reworked the ground floor around two connected living spaces, each with its own character. The formal living and dining room is dressed in tufted cream Chesterfield-style seating, sheer floor-to-ceiling drapery and brass-framed round coffee tables, set beneath a crystal bead pendant and finished in glossy pale marble-effect flooring throughout. A new loggia extension — enclosed with new full-height glazing as part of the renovation — added a second, more relaxed family living space next door. A curved boucle sectional and a rattan pouf sit opposite a travertine-clad media wall with a ribbed timber accent panel and a floating oak console, opening onto the garden through sliding glass doors. The kitchen carries the same soft, warm-white palette, with shaker-style cabinetry, a marble-effect backsplash and brass hardware, while a guest powder room finishes the material story with a backlit oval brass mirror, ribbed timber accent and a floating stone vanity. Custom kitchen and wardrobe joinery, new feature wall paneling and a full window replacement package run through the renovation.
